How do pre-orders work?

  • Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting us.

  • If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s) are received.

  • We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we recommend placing a separate orders for each.

What happens if I sent my package to the wrong shipping address?

  • Once the order is fulfilled shipping addresses cannot be changed. Please email us as at [officialboonsauce@gmail.com] as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.

How long does order processing take?

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

  • Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 2-3 business days.

What are your shipping methods?

  • We offer free shipping on all orders over $65 in the U.S.

  • We have the following shipping options available:

  • USPS First Class (≤1 lb) - $6.50

  • USPS Priority (≤5lbs) - $9-$15
